We offer a "No questions asked" refund policy. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange, but will approve on a case by case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are exempt from being returned and refunded. Custom jerseys and lacers with a name/number that is not a known player for that particular team are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Incorrect size is not a manufacturing defect unless the size is not what you specified on your order or the size varies greatly from those dimensions provided on the sizing chart for that particular item.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Custom Items (items with custom personal name and/or number)
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after notification of intent to return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items purchased with a Gift Card cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for a return shipment address and return authorization number.
Most items are shipped within 8-10 business days of ordering. To save you money, we do not inventory any items. Each order is made to order when ordered. This saves you 50% or more off the normal retail price. Some Orders can take up to 30 days to receive depending on manufacturing lead time, seasonal factors, product demand, Holidays, etc.
To return your product, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return shipment address and a return authorization number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return Shipping costs are non-refundable, but may be granted on a case by case basis. If you receive a full refund and are granted reimbursement of return shipping cost, the return shipping cost will be sent via a USPS postal money order as we cannot reimburse to a merchant card an amount greater than the original purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for failure of the shipping company to not deliver the item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Therefore we HIGHLY suggest that you ship your item with a tracking number to insure delivery or a refund from the shipping company in the event it is lost.
